We are a friendly and sociable running club based from Weedon and we cater for a wide range of running abilities 

Our main training night is Tuesdays at 6.30pm (meet at 6.20pm). Our winter locations are Daventry and Kislingbury

Our summer venues are Kislingbury and Weedon. Please contact us to come along and run with us - maybe have a trial before you join the club

We have small groups each with different a different running pace to make sure we are inclusive

Our run leaders also run track training evenings to develop skills and technique
